Shipping Policy
We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Our soaps are made in small batches and inventory does fluctuate. Should a product on your order become unavailable, we will contact you immediately.
Most orders should ship within 3-7 business days. Your credit card will be charged for only what is fulfilled at time of shipping. Due to our location, shipments can be delayed unexpectedly by weather.
At this time, Mountain Soap Factory ships merchandise to locations within the United States using the USPS as our preferred shipping agent.
Mountain Soap Factory adds a 5% handling fee to all orders to offset the cost of supplies used to ship your package safely.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us, but due to the personal nature of our products we cannot accept returns, all sales will be considered final. Please contact us directly via email or phone to discuss issues such as products damaged or lost in transit. Should there be an oversight on our part in filling your order, kindly call us immediately so that we can correct the error. We will be happy to quickly evaluate your concern and resolve your issue in a timely, equitably and professional fashion.
